Solimix periodically renews its ISO 9001:2015 and FAMI-qs certifications through the certifying company LLOYD’S REGISTER. The renewal of these certifications represents an important recognition of the work of our technical department. We strive every day to ensure the quality of our processes. In fact, our facilities have all the permits and legal requirements required by law to manufacture this type of products.

ISO 9001:2015 quality system certification

ISO 9001 is the most common model in the relationship between supplier companies such as Solimix and our customers. It allows us to demonstrate our ability to meet the needs of those who place their trust in us.

In the 2015 revision, which we have just achieved and which is valid until September 2024, value is placed on efficient management, analysis of the context in which companies carry out their activities and consideration of the associated risks. The steps we take in terms of environmental sustainability, occupational health and safety or even social responsibility have an influence here.

FAMI-QS Code v6 Certification

European Code of Practice on the production of additives and pre-mixtures and complementary feeding stuffs for animal nutrition. This text is in line with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the European Council laying down requirements for feed hygiene (183/2005/EC). It concerns measures to ensure the safety and quality of animal feed additives and pre-mixtures and the improvement of traceability.

To facilitate the application of this Code, the structure of the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems standard is used. It sets out the general requirements to be met by us as manufacturers and suppliers. Our FAMI-QS Code v6 certification, valid until July 2023, will be periodically reviewed to take into account changes in legislation and in science and technology. In summary, the FAMI-QS Code of Practice is a public document and can be followed by any operator of animal feed additives or pre-mixtures.
